Jonna trained both in Royal academy of dance and Cecchetti methods.
Under the direction of Penny Echols, Marjorie Soriano and Leslie Baird in Portland Oregon.
Studies at San Francisco Ballet, Ballet West, The Banff School of fine arts and Reed College helped to shape her teaching methods.
Jonna has a passion for musical theatre and performed in shows such as Camelot, West side Story, Oklahoma. follies and Joseph and the amazing technicolor Dream coat.
Jonna danced in the Oregon concert Ballet company working with esteemed master teacher John Marshal.
Jonna has trained dancers in the art of ballet for 44 years with many students moving on to professional schools and companies as well as first second and third place finishers in the renowned Youth America Grand Prix.
Junna Ige is a principal dancer of ballet de Monterrey also a former principal dancer of Silicon Valley Ballet (then known as Ballet San Jose). Her roles have included Kitri in Don Quixote of Wes Chapman and Luis Serrano ,Giselle in Alicia Alonzo's Giselle, Cinderella in Ben Steavenson's Cinderella, Odette and Odile in Luis Serrano’s Swan Lake, Nikiya in Luis Serrano’s bayadera, Lisette in Alícia Alonzo’s La fille mal gardeé, Marie in Karen Gabay's The Nutcracker, Maria in Dennis Nahat's The Nutcracker, Swanilda's friend in Coppélia, Donald Mahler's Salut d'Amour, the Peasant Pas de Deux in Giselle, "My One and Only" in Balanchine's Who Cares?, the Principal Dancer in Allegro Brillante, Kitri in Wes Chapman's staging of Don Quixote, Waltz Girl in George Balanchine's Serenade, as well as roles in Dwight Rhoden's Evermore, Jorma Elo's Glow-Stop, Vicente Nebrada's Nuestros Valses, Igal Perry's Infinity and Annabelle Lopez's Prism.
Pam Erickson began her training and performing career in Southern California with the Santa Barbara Ballet Company and later dancing with the San Francisco Dance Theatre, Chamber Dance Ballet Company and the Sphinx Jazz-Ballet Company of Vienna, Austria. Spending a year on the high seas, Pam danced her way around the world aboard the M.S. Crystal Harmony cruise ship. Pam is also a Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, CA alumnus.
As a dance educator, Pam completed the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet's teacher training course under Marcia Dale Weary, is Progressing Ballet Technique certified, coaches regional ballet dancers for the Youth America Grand Prix competitions and is a national Adjudicator for Spotlight Dance Competitions. In conjunction with the Mark Morris Dance Group Outreach Program, Pam received training and began teaching dance classes for Parkinson's patients and their care-partners in Spokane.
Currently a lecturer at Gonzaga University and faculty member for 20 years, Pam teaches Dance History, Dance Pedagogy and several levels of Ballet/Pointe. She is constantly inspired by the talented, next generation of emerging artists!
VINCAS GREENE is the founding director of Vytal Movement Dance (based in Spokane, WA), an independent dance artist and an award winning professor currently working and developing dance community in Spokane, WA and teaching at Eastern Washington University, Professional Ballet School and Company Ballet School. He has been featured in the magazine Art Chowder, just completed filming an edition of “Meet the Makers” by Spokane Arts, and will be in the upcoming edition of the 50 Faces Shaping Spokane. Along with his company development, he recently completed a project with film director Juan Mas and set a new dance at the University of Idaho. Vytal Movement Dance is currently working on their third full concert and has performed at the Spokane Arts Awards, the 50 Hour Slam film competition and in Uncharted, a collaboration with the Spokane Symphony, Terrain Arts and several Spokane artists. As the Chair for the Department of Dance at Brenau University, where he was a faculty member for 21 years, he led the university to full accreditation with the National Association of Schools of Dance. Vincas guest teaches nationally at colleges, high schools and private studios. He had the honor of being hosted as a master teacher at Nanyang Normal University in China. Working with Brenau University, the Gainesville Ballet Company, Theatre Ballet of Spokane, Belhaven University, Jacksonville University, Gonzaga University, Santa Clarita Repertory Theatre, Pebblebrook Performing Arts High School and others, he has choreographed over 40 dances and three operas. Vincas was privileged to perform dance works by Mark Morris, Merce Cunningham, and Jacques Heim (Diavolo). In his home state of Washington, he performed in the companies of Erin Matthiessen and Long Nguyen and apprenticed with the Mark Morris Dance Group. In New York, Vincas danced with Pat Catterson and Dancers and Peter Healey’s Mesopotamian Opera Company and received scholarships to study at the Merce Cunningham Studio. After moving to Atlanta, he danced with the Carl Ratcliff Dance Theatre and several other companies including the Gainesville Ballet Company, Robin Williams, the Ruth Mitchell Dance Theater and Susan Eldridge's Red Clay. He received his MFA from California Institute of the Arts where he was invited to dance in the CalArts Dance Ensemble. He has trained with notable dance artists Merce Cunningham, Mark Morris, Marjorie Mussman, Jocelyn Lorenz, Erin Matthiessen, Alex Magno, Tina Yuan, Laurence Blake, Carl Ratcliff, Pat Catterson, Brenda Daniels, and Gerri Houlihan among many others. Vincas was elected to the National Association of Schools of Dance (NASD) Commission on Accreditation and served as a Visiting Evaluator for NASD and as a board member for Dance Upon Injustice. He has also written for Dance Informa.
Olga Loktev is a dancer, choreographer, and a certified dance teacher. She began her dance training at the age of 3 at starting with classical ballet and building on with acrobatic arts and contemporary/modern technique at Company Ballet School. Understanding that dancers should be versatile and adaptable, she broadened her skills by adding different styles of movement (character, hip hop, flamenco, jazz) into her training, including kinesthesiology, history and pedagogy of dance.
Olga has been recognized by yagp with top 12 and top 24 placements and 1st Place Contemporary, along with Adcibc finals. Olgas choreography for Company Ballet Schools Yagp ensembles have earned 2nd and 6th places and were awarded invitations to the yagp finals.
Tricia HarrisonTricia Harrison grew up in the world of competitive gymnastics. Competing at high levels for 7 yrs. After her gymnastics career, she ventured into cheerleading where she was given the honor of "All-American Cheerleader" and performed in the half time performance for the Florida Citrus Bowl.
In 2010, her daughter joined Company Ballet School and soon after Tricia became the office manager.
In 2016, Tricia became a certified Acrobatic Arts instructor and has been teaching the art of gymnastics for choreography at Company Ballet School ever since.
Tricia has a passion for helping students to become strong and successful dancers. All her techniques and training help to aide in the advancement of their dance careers.
